ワタナベ塗装従業員一同は、美しい水と風土に恵まれた長野県諏訪の地で、塗装を生業として清く正しく生きる。私達が身を置く県中信地区は、特に日本の良き文化と伝統を継承する風土にあり、四季折々の行事や祭りに活力を与えられながら脈々と歴史を刻んでいます。地に根をしっかり張ったこの地盤は、そこに住む男達や女達の精神や生き方に大きな影響を与えます。男達は虚飾を好まず、仁義を重んじ、嘘をつかない。その精神と生き方が事業の根底に流れており、偽りや誤魔化しを嫌い、質実剛健を好みます。偽りや誤魔化しの排除は自分との闘いです。
